Delivery Driver **Impakto Biodegradables – Lima, Peru** **Position Type:** Full-time **Modality:** On-site **Compensation:** Base salary (S/.1130\.00\) **Position Description:** A company in the biodegradable packaging sector is seeking to add a delivery driver to its team, responsible for delivering products to customers using a company van. When not on delivery routes, the driver will assist with warehouse tasks and product packaging, contributing to daily operational flow. **Responsibilities:** * Carry out deliveries according to the daily schedule, ensuring punctuality and proper handling of goods. * Operate the company van in compliance with traffic regulations and safety protocols. * Verify cargo before each trip: quantity, condition, documentation, and delivery order. * Report any incidents during delivery and coordinate with the logistics department. * Assist with warehouse and packaging tasks only when no delivery route is assigned. * Keep the vehicle clean and in good working condition, reporting maintenance needs promptly. * Follow internal procedures regarding traceability, safety, and communication. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (technical training in logistics or transportation is desirable). * Valid driver’s license, Class A\-I or higher. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in urban delivery or van operation. * Familiarity with routes in Metropolitan Lima and Callao. * Experience in warehousing, packaging, or product handling is desirable. * Good physical condition and willingness to perform manual tasks. * Punctuality, responsibility, and customer orientation. **Valued Competencies:** * Route organization and planning. * Effective communication and courteous interaction with customers. * Proactivity and willingness to take on additional tasks. * Care of assets (vehicle, products, tools). * Teamwork and operational adaptability. **Benefits:** * Competitive compensation based on market standards and experience. * Job stability. * Positive organizational environment.
