**ENGINEERING AND PLANNING MANAGER** **REQUIREMENTS:** · Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering. · Preferably postgraduate studies in related fields and/or MBA **(Desirable).** · Valid professional license **(Essential).** · Knowledge of the regulatory framework in the electricity sector, investment project development, project development methodologies, cost and budget management. · Knowledge of project risk management, PMO **(Desirable).** · Advanced level in Office software. · Intermediate level of English **(Desirable).** · Experience in planning (60%). · Experience in engineering projects (40%). · Minimum of 8 years of experience in regulatory management, electrical planning, and investment project development. · Availability to work 100% in-person in San Isidro. · **Working hours:** Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm – Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Manage the development of Engineering and Studies for Projects to ensure and achieve compliance in the short term. 2\. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry regulations for proper project execution. 3\. Define standardization of methods used in project preparation to enable timely development. 4\. Supervise the analysis and comparison of generation, transmission, distribution, commercial costs and company projects versus regulated studies, in order to identify and correct deviations to maximize the margin of the tariff paid by customers. 5\. Supervise the analysis and comparison of planning reports and operational settlements to identify deviations between expenses and budgets, and propose improvement opportunities. 6\. Supervise the generation and comparison of internal Connection Costs budgets versus regulated ones, to provide information for decision-making. 7\. Supervise the generation and comparison of investment project budgets to establish schedules and manage compliance with involved departments. 8\. Based on demand projections, propose growth opportunities within our systems by generating investment projects. 9\. Resolve technical inquiries related to projects. 10\.
