Job Description: We are seeking an FTTH Fiber Installation Supervisor Technician for the Huancayo, Chilca, Junín area. Position Mission: Ensure the proper installation, configuration, and operation of fiber optic services in customer homes and offices, guaranteeing high standards of quality, efficiency, and satisfaction. Supervise and monitor the work of subcontracted companies in the field, ensuring compliance with established technical and administrative procedures for the effective completion of installations. **Functions:** Supervise installation tasks performed by company direct workers, ensuring compliance with established standards: * Meet agreed installation deadlines. * Ensure installation quality (100% completion, functionality tests, cleanliness, correct materials, proper cabling, etc.). * Fulfill information requirements from the operator and the Control Tower. * \- Train direct and indirect personnel on correct procedures, manuals, and practices for the entire installation process for operators with whom the company has contracts.\- Implement corrective actions for direct or indirect personnel upon detecting poor practices affecting service quality and installation timelines. * \- Ensure that installation personnel (direct and indirect) properly use applications and tools. * \- Train personnel on occupational health and safety (SST), conduct safety inspections for direct and indirect personnel to ensure compliance with safety and health regulations, proper use of PPEs, and implement corrective measures when unsafe practices are detected. * \- Keep safety forms updated as established by the company's SSOMA department. * \- Report any fraudulent activities or life-endangering actions by direct or indirect personnel to the Installation Management team. * \- Prepare periodic reports on the performance of direct and indirect personnel. **Requirements:** * \- Professional technician in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, or related fields. (Desirable) * \- 6 months of experience as a Fiber Optic Home Installer Supervisor at telecommunications operators; 2 years as an FTTH installer technician. * \- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces. * \- Manual dexterity with assigned equipment and tools. * \- Class A1 driver's license (Mandatory) * \- Availability to travel or relocate to provincial areas. **Requirements** * Minimum education: Technical degree * 1 year of experience * Skills: Communication and persuasion, Problem solving, Customer service, Teamwork, Microsoft Office * Travel availability: Yes Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site position \- Chilca, Junín.
