Position Summary: A General Physician is required to conduct home-based medical leave verifications across various provinces of Ancash, performing objective observation and accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. In-person verification of the patient's presence at their residence. 2. Verification of compliance with medical rest through direct observation. 3. Preparation of home-visit verification reports using a standardized format. We are seeking a **GENERAL PHYSICIAN** to verify **HOME-BASED MEDICAL LEAVES** granted to patients in **CHIMBOTE, HUARMEY, SANTA**, and other provinces of **ANCASH**. **Requirements and Key Competencies** * Medical doctor with active professional registration and valid practice license * Minimum experience: 1 year of professional practice * Objective observation skills * Accurate information recording * Assertive communication **Responsibilities** * Visit the assigned patient’s residence according to the schedule set by Remote Coordination. * Conduct in-person verification of the patient’s presence at the specified residence. * Verify compliance with the prescribed medical rest by directly observing the patient’s visible condition. * Prepare the home-visit verification report using HolSalud’s standardized format and enter the information into the company’s digital platforms. * Maintain continuous communication with the Medical Directorate via the Remote Coordinator. **Work Schedule and Remuneration:** * As per assigned schedule * Remuneration: S/50 per patient c Employment Type: Part-time Salary: Starting from S/.50.00 per hour Estimated Hours: 1 to 3 hours per week Work Location: On-site employment
