**Banking industry company \| Miraflores \| Hybrid mode** We are looking for a passionate Product Owner to accelerate and enhance software development productivity through the use of generative AI and development agents, reducing TTM (time to market) and technical debt, ensuring that credit, evaluation, and origination workflows evolve faster, with higher quality, and aligned with the business roadmap. **Requirements:** * \+5 years in software development or architecture (ideally former developer or tech lead) * \+2 years as Product Owner / Product Manager / Technical Business Analyst * Experience leading refactors and modernization (monoliths → microservices / APIs) * Active use of AI copilots (GitHub Copilot, TabNine, AWS Bedrock, etc.) * Experience in regulated environments (banking, fintech, insurance) * Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, testing, and observability * Experience creating playbooks or engineering guidelines (Desirable) **Main responsibilities:** * Design and prioritize backlog of capabilities where AI Agents can automate development tasks. * Identify concrete use cases (e.g., automated test generation, legacy refactor, living documentation, integration mappings). * Define engineering productivity metrics (baseline, targets, savings). * Design "playbooks" for safe and governed adoption of AI agents. * Align capability roadmap with core bank areas (SME, agricultural, livestock, consumer credit). * Manage risks associated with AI usage (hallucinations, data leakage, versioning). * Negotiate with architecture, QA, security, and business teams to enable adoption. * Drive controlled pilots with dev teams. * Manage vendor / open source LLMs / agent tools. * Convert all learnings into institutional knowledge (documentation / repositories / internal guidelines). **Conditions** * **Work mode:** Hybrid, 2 days onsite (for Scrum event attendance) * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 8\.45 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. Job type: Full-time Application question(s): * What is your monthly salary expectation?
