Ø Intermediate level proficiency in Excel Ø Availability to work onsite in Suco (reference: Ricardo Palma University) from Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 8am to 11am. **Responsibilities**: Ø Control and management of petty cash. Ø Request advances, reimbursements, or settlements to the payments department. Ø Monitor and track work orders. Ø File and organize documentation by work order. Ø Prepare purchase requisitions to supply materials to the warehouse. Ø Record time cards and overtime for workshop technicians in the system.
