At **UNITELEC** we are seeking a licensed and qualified Quality Engineer (QA/QC) to serve as **Quality Engineer for high-voltage electromechanical installation projects.** The professional will be responsible for planning, executing, and leading the Quality Assurance and Control Plan (QA/QC) on site, ensuring that all installation and testing processes comply with technical specifications, energy sector standards, and client requirements, guaranteeing project compliance and proper compilation of the Quality Dossier. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop, implement, and manage the Project Quality Plan and Inspection Points Plan (PPI). * Develop, control, and manage the release of inspection and test protocols (mechanical, electrical, civil) aligned with work items. * Ensure compliance with construction procedures and quality standards in electromechanical installation. * Administer, compile, and submit the project's Quality Dossier, ensuring information traceability. * Lead the management of Non-Conformities (NC), Corrective Actions (CA), and Preventive Actions (PA), performing appropriate follow-up. * Coordinate directly with the client’s supervision team for inspections, audits, and protocol approvals. * Prepare technical reports and progress reports for the Quality department. * Comply with and enforce company and client quality policies and standards. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical-Electrical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field in the electricity sector. Must be licensed and registered. * Minimum of 3 years (three years) of professional experience in total. * **Willingness to travel to provinces during project execution.** * Proven experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) in electromechanical installation projects under energy industry standards. (Essential) * Experience in developing, controlling, and approving inspection and test protocols aligned with work items, and in compiling Quality Dossiers.
