




**POSITION:** IT Leader **DESCRIPTION:** The Technical Leader will be responsible for **ensuring technical excellence** in the development, maintenance, and evolution of the company's SaaS platform. They will directly supervise code quality, software architecture, integrations, and platform security. Their mission is to ensure the platform is **robust, scalable, and secure**, act as a technical expert for the development team (backend, frontend, and full stack), and collaborate closely with the Product area and Leaders to translate business strategic objectives into high-level technical solutions. **1\. Educational Level:** Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. **2\. Experience:** Minimum 5 years of experience in technology developing solutions. Minimum 1 to 2 years technically leading development teams or projects**.** **3\. Age:** Between 28 to 38 years old **SPECIALIZATIONS, COURSES, WORKSHOPS, DIPLOMAS OR OTHERS:** * Advanced course in Databases. * Courses or specializations in Cloud (preferably AWS). * Specialization in Agile Methodologies. * Advanced course in Software Architecture. * OWASP Top 10, DevSecOps, ISO/IEC 27001 regulations. TIL v4 (for service management). * TIL v4 (for service management). **TECHNICAL SKILLS (HARD SKILLS):** * NodeJs – Advanced (Mandatory). * Microservices – Intermediate / Advanced (Mandatory). * AWS – Intermediate (Mandatory). * Databases – Advanced (Mandatory). * Knowledge of automated testing, CI/CD, and version control (Git). **PERSONAL SKILLS (SOFT SKILLS):** * Clear communication and orientation towards collaboration. * Inspirational technical leadership and active mentorship. * Analytical ability and critical thinking. * Problem-solving under pressure. * Attention to detail and quality. * Commitment to innovation and continuous improvement. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Design and oversee software architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability. * Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to best development practices. * Resolve high-level technical issues, acting as the team's expert reference. * 4\. Participate in project planning and monitoring, ensuring deadlines and product quality are met. * Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations (ISO/IEC 27001, telecom regulations). * Participate in code reviews to guarantee quality and adherence to established standards. * Research and evaluate new technologies and tools that could benefit the team and improve processes. * Help develop team members' skills by providing training and support to less experienced members.
