Position Objective Prepare specialized maki dishes, ensuring quality, flavor, and presentation according to group standards and customer expectations. Responsibilities * Technically and precisely prepare maki dishes. * Ensure freshness and proper handling of ingredients. * Maintain organization and cleanliness at the workstation. * Coordinate with the kitchen team during peak hours. * Comply with food hygiene and safety protocols. * Contribute to menu innovation within their specialties. Requirements * Minimum of **6 months of experience in the kitchen**, specializing in **makis**. * Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure. * Availability for **night shifts**.
