We are currently expanding and seeking a **Junior Architect** passionate about functional design, technical organization, and efficient project management. **Your Mission on the Team:** Your objective will be to transform concepts into technical realities. You will be responsible for developing floor plans, 3D modeling, and required documentation for our projects, ensuring every deliverable meets the company’s excellence standards and current regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Design and Modeling:** Preparation of complete technical drawings (layouts, sections, details) and development of 3D models/renders to support commercial activities. * **Document Management:** Organization and updating of the company’s technical archive and project library according to corporate standards. * **Permits and Regulations:** Preparation of files for municipal permits and tracking of administrative processes before various authorities. * **Technical Coordination:** Integration of specialties (structural, sanitary, electrical) into the main architectural project. * **Supervision:** Technical site visits to verify strict compliance with drawings and specifications. **Suggested Profile:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or licensed Architect. * **Software:** Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and [Revit / Archicad].
