




Job Summary: Pulsar Import is seeking a Logistics Assistant to supervise operational staff, coordinate provincial distribution, and manage orders while supporting the area manager. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise operational staff and ensure task completion. 2. Support the area manager in decision-making and incident resolution. 3. Manage and control provincial orders from warehouse dispatch to final delivery. We are Pulsar Import, a Peruvian company dedicated to the importation, marketing, and distribution of electronic and hardware products. We are currently seeking a **Logistics Assistant** to join our team. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * **Knowledge of dispatch and distribution management, inventory management, etc.** * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. * Availability to work in Cercado de Lima, Monday to Friday (8:00 am – 5:15 pm) and Saturdays (8:00 am – 1:30 pm). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise operational staff, ensuring compliance with assigned tasks and established procedures. * Serve as the area manager’s right-hand person, supporting decision-making and incident resolution. * Coordinate gifts, samples, or merchandising materials destined for provinces. * Manage and control provincial orders from warehouse dispatch to final delivery. * Coordinate physical inventory verifications (“contados”) to ensure accuracy in deliveries and receipts. * Monitor increases, changes, or cancellations related to provincial orders. * Maintain direct communication with the Provincial Orders Coordinator to schedule deliveries, resolve queries or incidents, and ensure high service standards. * Prepare operational reports, order reports, “contado” reports, and performance reports for supervised staff. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency policies within the dispatch area. * Track pending items, errors, shortages, and external issues. **BENEFITS:** * Formal payroll registration from the first day of employment **(general regime).** * Market-competitive remuneration. * Statutory benefits (bonus payments, CTS, EsSalud, statutory life insurance, SCTR, 30 days of vacation). * Monthly and timely payments. * Pleasant working environment.
