A well-known company with extensive experience in importing Medical Equipment is looking for a highly motivated Medical Technologist eager to grow and take on a new challenge within our organization. Key responsibilities: * Training clients (in-person or virtual) * Installation of analyzers with their accessories * Performing quality control on hematological and biochemical analyzers using known samples * Calibration of laboratory instruments (microscopes, centrifuges, among others) * Resolving customer inquiries or issues with laboratory analyzers * Managing configuration of biochemical tests * Comparative analysis of analyzers using Excel * Monitoring indicators related to turnaround times, productivity, and analyzer specifications What do we require from you? * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Medical Technology * At least 1 year of experience or more in clinics, hospitals, medical centers, laboratories, private companies, polyclinics, or similar healthcare settings * Availability to work in Cercado de Lima under the following schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm We offer: * Market-competitive salary * Positive work environment * Timely biweekly payments * Travel allowances * Work schedule availability: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm * Availability to work in Cercado de Lima * Willingness to travel to provincial locations If you are passionate about your career as a Medical Technologist, we invite you to apply by sending your updated and complete CV.
