Additionally, propose new risk indicators where applicable. * Identify, investigate, and manage loss event reports issued by business and support units to determine whether they qualify as loss events. Furthermore, propose mitigation measures to prevent recurrence of losses. * Identify and propose risk-related considerations for the development of new products or significant service changes. * Identify and update the operational risk assessment of critical suppliers. * Monitor compliance with action plan deadlines established with various departments. * Support and accompany various departments in updating the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and in defining and updating continuity strategies, enabling the company to be prepared in case of disruption to its critical processes. * Conduct business continuity risk assessments and maintain them updated according to significant organizational changes. * Identify and propose strategies or mechanisms required to mitigate the impact on business continuity. * Develop, monitor, and execute continuity strategy tests to ensure the company is prepared in case of disruption to its critical processes. * Manage training programs for both Operational Risk and Business Continuity to foster and consolidate a risk-aware culture within the company. **Other Responsibilities:** * Comply with SGSST regulations and instructions. * Participate in achieving objectives and activities outlined in the annual occupational safety and health program. * Report accidents or incidents to the immediate supervisor promptly. * Participate in hazard matrix development, risk assessment, and control. * Comply with applicable internal and external regulations relevant to the performance of duties. * Comply with company regulations and provisions related to anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing (AML/CTF). * Maintain confidentiality of personal data accessed during the performance of duties, adhering to applicable personal data protection regulations.
