DESCRIPTION A leading company in the sector is seeking a professional for the position of ***Operational Safety and Planning Manager*** with the following responsibilities: * Manage the review, update, and approval of the SMS Manual according to the implementation plan. * Manage hazard identification, risk analysis, supervise corrective actions, and evaluate their outcomes in accordance with NTC 004\-2013\. * Develop the annual schedule for committees and follow up on agreements made in High-Level Committees and SMS, FOD, and RST Subcommittees. * Maintain control and prepare reports on the status and progress of agreements. * Update SMS-related documents according to current regulations. * Develop the annual SMS training and education program. * Develop the annual SMS audit program, conduct unannounced visits and/or scheduled audits at all sites, validate operational tasks together with personnel, and prepare corresponding reports. * Provide and follow up on periodic reports regarding the organization's operational safety performance, notifying the AAC when required. * Develop operational safety surveys. * Coordinate and periodically communicate with the AAC and other agencies as necessary regarding SMS-related activities. * Other duties related to the position. REQUIREMENTS * Degree in Safety Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital management tools.
