a. Conduct unit inspections according to the check list, and keep updated all equipment required by the client. b. Provide forms to drivers, which must be completed on each trip, and upon return ensure they are correctly filled out. c. Conduct unannounced inspections; visit overnight parking locations where tractor and unit inspections are performed, verifying order and cleanliness, as well as conducting follow-up outside the unit if any observations were made. d. Address RACS reports; record observations provided by the client regarding any points we are not complying with in the implementation of our units, and take corrective actions. e. Deliver monthly trainings to staff according to the annual training plan. f. Organize documentation prepared by escorts; escorts deliver documents completed by drivers. g. Other duties as assigned by the area supervisor.
