Focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction **OPERATIONS COORDINATOR – FREIGHT TRANSPORT** **JHT TRANSPORT COMPANY S.A.C. – Lima** **Job Objective** Manage, plan, and control daily transportation operations, ensuring service compliance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and schedule transportation routes (light and heavy cargo) * Coordinate with drivers and supervise service delivery compliance * Monitor delivery times and adherence to schedules * Monitor the operational status of vehicles (maintenance, documentation, SOAT, etc.) * Coordinate with customers regarding service scheduling and tracking * Manage operational incidents (delays, breakdowns, contingencies) * Control fuel consumption and operational costs * Supervise loading, unloading, and documentation (waybills, invoices) * Coordinate with administrative and logistics departments * Propose improvements to operational processes **Management Indicators (KPIs)** * % of services delivered on time * Average delivery time * Level of operational incidents * Fuel consumption per vehicle * Customer satisfaction level **Requirements** * Technical or university education in: * Industrial Engineering * Business Administration * Logistics or related fields * Minimum **2 years’ experience in transportation or logistics operations** * Knowledge of: * Fleet management * Routes in Lima and provinces * Fuel control * Transportation documentation * Intermediate Excel proficiency (mandatory) * Desired experience with ERP systems or tools such as Monday, GPS, etc. **Key Competencies** * Leadership and decision-making * Organization and planning * Problem-solving * Effective communication * Working under pressure **Conditions** * Location: Lima * Work mode: On-site * Career progression path within the company Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,300\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
