Our company, Compañia Minera Antapaccay, is looking for the best talent to fill the position of: Plant Reliability Analyst \- Temporary Contract \*Electrical Discipline Antapaccay is a copper mining operation belonging to Glencore Group since 2013\. We began operations in November 2012, after several years of investment in exploration aimed at extending the life of the Tintaya mine. The mining settlement is located in the province of Espinar, Cusco region, at 4\.100 meters above sea level. This operation allows us to continue contributing to the sustainable development of the province of Espinar, as we not only promote the creation of direct and indirect jobs but also stimulate the local economy through purchases from local businesses, while investing in social projects targeted at communities within our area of influence. Requirements **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical\-Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related fields. Minimum of 03 years of experience in similar roles managing Predictive Maintenance and Reliability Engineering with an electrical focus, preferably within industrial plants, mining operations or predictive maintenance service companies (essential). Specialization in Maintenance Management \& Predictive Maintenance (desirable). Valid certifications in NDT techniques (desirable). **Technical Knowledge:** Knowledge of NDT techniques, vibration analysis, thermography. Tribology and oil analysis interpretation. Knowledge of RCM and maintenance management. Experience in static and dynamic motor testing. Management of action plans derived from ACRs. Knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM). Ability to understand and interpret maintenance KPIs, failure Pareto elaboration and analysis. Languages: Intermediate level English (desirable). Computer skills: Office software (advanced level), ERP systems (SAP desirable), Pi System and others. Professional driver's license AIIA with at least 2 years validity (desirable).
