Air conditioning and refrigeration engineering company, we are looking for the best talent to fill the position of Occupational Health and Safety (SST) Prevention Specialist RESPONSIBILITIES Identify, evaluate, and control occupational risks to prevent accidents and work-related illnesses. Design and implement prevention programs. Provide staff training. Conduct inspections and incident investigations. Ensure compliance with regulations. Supervision and monitoring. Prepare reports and documentation. Accident investigation. Advise management and workers. Emergency management. Promote a culture of prevention. First aid and emergency response training. REQUIREMENTS: Education: University degree in engineering (industrial, environmental, or related fields), or technical degree in occupational health and safety. Technical knowledge: Thorough understanding of Peruvian SST regulations, including Law 29783 and its regulations, as well as hazard identification and risk assessment (IPERC). Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in the role. Skills: Ability to conduct safety inspections, prepare reports, investigate accidents, and deliver SST training. Documentation: Hold SST training certificates in areas such as working at heights, confined spaces, or handling hazardous substances. Availability: Willingness to work day or night shifts as required by the company. Soft skills: Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities to promote a safety culture within the organization.
