**REQUIREMENTS** * High school diploma and/or degree in Industrial Hygiene and Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Advanced knowledge of Law No. 29783 "Law on Occupational Safety and Health", Standard G.050 "Safety During Construction", Supreme Decree No. 011-2019-TR "Regulation on Occupational Safety and Health for the Construction Sector". * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (mandatory). * Experience supervising high-risk activities (work at heights, hot work, electrical work, lifting operations) (preferred). * Willingness to work under the specified regime and in provincial locations (full coverage of meals and accommodation). * Willingness to travel to provincial locations and Lima. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop and/or update IPERC and IAAS matrices. * Ensure implementation of SSOMA plans. * Manage distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE) at construction sites. * Process daily permits (ATS, PETAR). * Inspect work areas to promptly identify unsafe acts and/or conditions. * Conduct monthly inspections. * Raise awareness among personnel regarding safety and environmental matters. * Participate in investigations of accidents and/or incidents. * Advise the Site Manager on strict compliance with current legal regulations concerning occupational safety and health and environmental protection during project execution. * Other duties inherent to the position.
