We are currently seeking: **Retail Sales Representatives** **Requirements:** * Education: Completed secondary school. * Experience: Minimum 3 months in sales and/or customer service (experience in home appliances or motorcycles is desirable). * Availability to work 50% field/50% in-store. * Availability: Full-time work schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., with a rotating day off from Monday to Thursday. (Break time of 2 to 3 hours). **Responsibilities:** * Advise, recommend, and ensure product sales closure. * Guide customers during the purchasing process, highlighting the benefits of direct credit. * Provide recommendations regarding warranties and repairs, and coordinate product deliveries. * Stay updated on product features and benefits offered. * Perform fieldwork: commercial activations, leafleting, prospecting, and generating a customer portfolio and referrals. * Support in-store activities: direct customer service, after-sales follow-up, and display organization. **Benefits:** * Subsidy of S/1130 * Direct inclusion in the company payroll with all statutory benefits (EsSalud, CTS, bonuses, 30 days vacation). * Competitive commissions, averaging 2\.5%. * Performance and goal achievement bonuses up to S/350\. * Participation in internal raffles and supplier awards. * Profit sharing.
