Candidate Requirements POSITION: SSOMA MANAGER OBJECTIVE: Ensure the implementation, supervision, and compliance of the Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System (SSOMA) at all stages of the project, promoting a preventive culture and environmentally responsible practices. REQUIREMENTS:* PROFESSIONAL DEGREE: Graduated, licensed, and certified in Industrial Hygiene and Safety Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or related fields. * EXPERIENCE IN SIMILAR PROJECTS: 3 years of experience (counting from date of graduation) managing large-scale construction projects. * GENERAL EXPERIENCE: 7 years of experience (counting from date of graduation) * WORK LOCATION: CUSCO FUNCTIONS:* Implement and maintain the project's SSOMA Management System in accordance with corporate guidelines and current regulations. * Supervise compliance with safety, health, and environmental procedures during construction activities. * Develop and monitor safety plans, IPERC matrices, PETS, and personnel induction programs. * Coordinate with site supervisors and contractors to ensure proper application of preventive and corrective measures. * Conduct inspections, internal audits, and safety meetings, ensuring active participation from all personnel. * Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and substandard conditions, promoting corrective and preventive actions. * Ensure proper management of waste, emissions, and natural resources, complying with established environmental policies. * Continuously train personnel in safety, occupational health, and environmental protection.
