At Aceros Nacional, we have a dedicated team, a friendly work environment, and a culture where the safety and well-being of every person are our top priority. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Identify, assess, and control occupational hazards in the field. * Develop and update the Occupational Safety and Health Management Plan (OSHMP) in accordance with current regulations. * Conduct periodic safety inspections at the plant, warehouse, and operational areas. * Train and raise awareness among staff on safety, occupational health, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports, and propose corrective actions. * Supervise compliance with safe work procedures (SWPs/ATS). * Manage mandatory records required by Law No. 29783 and its regulations. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Certification as an Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist (ORPS) or studies in Occupational Safety and Health. * Knowledge of Law No. 29783 and Peruvian occupational safety and health (OSH) regulations (mandatory). * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions, preferably within the metallurgical or industrial sector. * Proficiency in OSH management tools: IPERC, ATS, SWPs, risk matrix. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical report writing. * Commitment, leadership, and ability to collaborate effectively with operational teams. **WHY JOIN US?** * A positive, collaborative work environment where your opinion matters. * A company that values your suggestions. **APPLICATIONS:** Submit your updated CV through this channel. **Join a team that invests in your talent!** Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time, Internship Work Location: On-site
