




The Commercial Department of DHL Express Peru is seeking a Sales Agent. Based in Lima, this position will be responsible for delivering personalized customer service to ensure a satisfactory experience aligned with customers’ needs and continuously improving the overall customer experience. Role Purpose: Responsible for delivering optimal customer service at DHL Sales Points, ensuring maintenance or growth of sales. Responsibilities: * Advise DHL customers on business-related matters: transit times, import/export procedures, and advantages and benefits offered by DHL’s services and products. * Achieve sales objectives and targets by developing plans, ideas, and innovative proposals for the assigned store. * Develop value propositions that sustainably drive growth in shipment volume for the assigned store. * Identify opportunities and proactively sell via phone calls, email campaigns, and follow-ups on quotations. * Focus on cross-selling and up-selling activities with in-store traffic. * Verify, submit, and monitor daily sales reports, cash closure records, and collection reports and supporting documents to relevant departments to ensure compliance with established processes. * Operate internal tools and systems to generate waybills and invoices. * Conduct phone calls and deliver packages at Service Points. * Package, pack, and handle customer shipments. * Maintain the image of the assigned sales point and comply with procedural checklists to ensure proper store operation (safety, productivity, operational efficiency, and cleanliness). Requirements: * Technical degree in Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related fields. * One year of experience in face-to-face sales of services/intangible products.
