PETRO LA MERCED: A company dedicated to fuel sales, operating a chain of service stations, is looking for a SERVICE STATION MANAGER. REQUIREMENTS \- Studies in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. \- Intermediate and/or advanced Excel skills (report creation). \- Experience working as supervisor, manager, or team leader in Service or Retail companies (minimum 3 years). \- Experience leading work teams. \- Experience in commercial management. \- Availability to work Monday through Saturday in an industry operating 365 days a year. \- Must reside in Lima, preferably near Ate (Av. Esquina Av. Urubamba). RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Plan, organize, execute, and control all activities related to fuel sales and distribution processes to achieve strategic objectives of the assigned station. 2\. Establish commercial relationships with new clients to generate business and acquire new customers. 3\. Lead station personnel in achieving the company's strategic goals and promote a positive work environment among subordinates. 4\. Conduct periodic inspections of the station to supervise compliance with applicable processes and safety measures. Others: \- Comply with company procedures. \- Ensure operational efficiency and safety at the service station. \- Monitor compliance with controls (Inventory, Cash, Credit Cards, Consumption Vouchers, Expenses, and Assets). \- Maintain service quality standards. \- Care for and maintain the station's appearance and image. \- Ensure adequate fuel supply at the station. \- Increase sales at your service station by engaging corporate clients.
