**Academic Background:** Civil Engineer or Geographer Engineer; graduated, registered, and licensed **Experience:** Minimum of three (03) years of experience, having served as: Topography Specialist and/or Topography Manager and/or Surveying, Topography, Earthworks, Road Design, Road Safety and Signage Supervisor Engineer and/or Surveying, Topography and Road Design Supervisor Engineer and/or Surveying, Earthworks and Topography Engineer and/or Surveying and Topography Coordinator and/or Topography and Road Design Engineer and/or Topography and Road Design Manager and/or Topography and Road Design Coordinator and/or Specialist in Surveying, Topography and Earthworks and/or Resident Engineer for Surveying, Topography, Earthworks, Road Design, Road Safety and Signage and/or any combination of these roles, in the supervision and/or execution of works equal or similar to the subject of the call, which will be counted from the date of obtaining professional registration. **DEFINITION OF SIMILAR CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR CONSTRUCTION WORKS:** SUPERVISION AND/OR INSPECTION AND/OR TECHNICAL OVERSIGHT AND/OR COMPREHENSIVE OVERSIGHT OF: CONSTRUCTION AND/OR STRENGTHENING AND/OR RECONSTRUCTION AND/OR CREATION AND/OR IMPROVEMENT AND/OR REHABILITATION AND/OR EXPANSION OF: HIGHWAYS AND/OR ROUTES AND/OR ROAD NETWORKS AND/OR SECTIONS AND/OR ROAD CONCESSIONS AND/OR CORRIDORS AND/OR INTERCHANGES AND/OR MOTORWAYS AND/OR CONNECTING ROADS; WHICH MUST INCLUDE AT LEAST THREE OF THE FOLLOWING COMPONENTS AND/OR ITEMS: RIGID PAVEMENT AND/OR FLEXIBLE PAVEMENT AND/OR HOT MIX ASPHALT CONCRETE PAVEMENT AND/OR HOT MIX BITUMINOUS CONCRETE PAVEMENT AND/OR HOT MIX BITUMINOUS ASPHALT PAVEMENT AND/OR HOT ASPHALT SURFACING PAVEMENT AND/OR CONCRETE BRIDGE AND/OR CURBS AND/OR CONCRETE WALLS AND/OR CULVERT AND/OR IRRIGATION CHANNEL AND/OR TRAFFIC SIGNAGE AND/OR STRUCTURAL WORKS AND/OR DRAINS; EXECUTED OUTSIDE URBAN AREAS FOR PUBLIC OR PRIVATE INSTITUTIONS. ***Experience acquired in urban road works will not be accepted.*** It must be understood that this condition implies that experiences carried out in urban road infrastructures such as: avenues and/or arterial roads and/or streets and/or alleys and/or parkways and/or roads within housing developments and/or roads within cities and/or roads within urban populated centers will not be accepted.
