





**COMPETENCIES:** EDUCATION: **Minimum:** Graduate and Licensed Industrial, Environmental or related Engineer with a Specialization Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health from a University **Desirable:** Master's Degree in Occupational Safety, Health and Environment **OTHER KNOWLEDGE (DESIRABLE)** \- Specialization in Occupational Safety and Health and Prevention of Occupational Risks, Occupational Health and Environment. \- Interpretation of ISO 45001:2018 standard. \- Authorization for high-risk work. \- Supervision of high-risk work. \- Monitoring of Occupational Agents. \- Technical Regulations on Personal Protective Equipment. \- Technical Regulations on Fall Protection Equipment. \- National and Sectoral Construction Standards. \- First Aid. \- Fire Extinguisher Use. \- Basic AutoCAD **JOB FUNCTIONS** Organize, implement, and supervise the execution of plans, regulations, programs, and procedures for Occupational Safety and Health in coordination with each work area. * Train personnel (daily talks, new employee induction, drills, safety courses). * Prepare incident reports and occupational safety and health statistics. • Coordinate personnel entry with the client. * Supervise work fronts. * Execute all programs established in the Site Safety Plan. * Attend to and investigate workplace accidents to identify causes and apply corrective actions. * Conduct SSOMA inspections to ensure compliance with current national and sectoral regulations. * Develop the Occupational Health and Safety Plan, Emergency Plan, Environmental Management and RRSS Plan on site. * Address field observations within the scheduled time. * Document management (SCTR policy, AST, Check List, daily talk, induction talk, etc.) * Manage supply of PPEs and uniforms. * Prepare the site dossier.
