**Minimum Requirements:** * Minimum age: 23 years. * Completed technical or university studies (in Occupational Safety and Health, engineering, or related fields). * Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health (minimum 120 hours). * Valid certifications for working at heights, hot work, confined spaces, or other high-risk activities. * Valid or recent first aid course certification. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Safety Representative (PDR) or Safety Supervisor on industrial construction sites (after completing degree). **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise safety conditions during work activities. * Verify compliance with safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Coordinate with site supervisors and report findings. * Support internal training programs related to operational safety. **Important:** * Preference given to candidates residing in areas near Huachipa. * Required documents: CV, national ID (DNI), Certijoven or Certiadulto, police/criminal background check.
