A Peruvian company with over 30 years of experience in the design, development, and manufacturing of fiber-reinforced plastic products is seeking a **Technical Sales Executive - AutoCAD**, who meets the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Chemical Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial sales. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to read technical drawings (mandatory). * Existing client portfolio (preferred). * Intermediate-level proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office. * Willingness to travel to provinces. * Personal vehicle (preferred). **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:** * Market-competitive salary + commissions. * 100% on-site work in the **district of Surquillo**, **Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.** * **Honorarium receipts** for the first 3 months, followed by **MYPE payroll (50% of statutory benefits)**. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage, prospect, and expand an industrial client portfolio. * Identify and develop new business opportunities. * Deliver product and service presentations to potential clients. * Prepare quotations and commercial proposals. * Track sales performance and achieve established targets. * Use AutoCAD to develop technical designs and presentations. * Conduct client visits and post-sales follow-up. * Stay updated on market trends and competitive developments.
