**Medical Technologist - Lab Experience** **Location:** Cercado de Lima **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. / Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Main Responsibilities:** * Training clients (in-person or virtual) on the use of clinical analyzers. * Installation of analyzers and their accessories. * Performing quality controls on hematology and biochemistry analyzers using known samples. * Supervision and control of laboratory instruments (microscopes, centrifuges, among others). * Addressing and resolving technical inquiries or issues reported by clients. * Configuration and calibration of biochemical tests. * Preparing comparative analyzer reports in Excel. * Monitoring and analyzing time indicators, productivity, and technical characteristics of equipment. * Performing quality controls and preventive maintenance on medical equipment. **Requirements:** * Graduate, bachelor's degree holder, or certified professional in **Medical Technology**. * **Minimum 1 year of experience** in clinics, hospitals, medical centers, laboratories, or healthcare companies. * **Availability to work in Cercado de Lima.** * **Willingness to travel** to provinces when required. **We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary. * Biweekly and timely payments. * Travel allowances covered for trips. * Excellent work environment and opportunities for professional development.
