At Grupo JLB, we are looking for the best talent for the position of HSE Specialist Professional at our Chaclacayo-Naña plant **Requirements:** * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Safety, Environment, or related fields * Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety standards for the industrial sector * 2 years of experience in HSE Assistant or Analyst roles (Essential) * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm at the Chaclacayo plant (km 18.5 of the Central Highway) * Reporting to the HSE Coordinator * Temporary contract for approximately 10 months **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and/or deliver safety induction talks to personnel before starting work and maintain updated, archived, and organized documentation and records of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. * Advise staff on procedures to follow in emergencies, identification of unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, hazards, and risks. * Record corrective action follow-up from accident, incident, and IPER investigations. * Supervise contractor compliance with safety rules and standards. * Collaborate with Plant department supervisors in the investigation of workplace accidents and incidents. * Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by immediate supervision. **Working Conditions:** * Market-competitive salary (payroll from day one with all statutory benefits). * Career progression opportunities. * Enrollment in payroll from the first day. * Health insurance. * CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios). * Bonuses in July and December. * Eligibility for family allowance (if applicable). * Paid vacations.
