Job Summary: Provide warm and attentive service to customers, present the menu, take and serve orders, and maintain the dining area in optimal condition to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Warm and personalized customer service from arrival to departure. 2. End-to-end order management and food and beverage service. 3. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the dining area. * Greet and attend to customers warmly from arrival to departure. * Present the menu, recommend dishes and beverages, and address questions about the menu. * Take orders clearly and accurately, ensuring correct transmission to the kitchen and bar. * Serve food and beverages according to timing and presentation standards. * Monitor customer satisfaction during service. * Keep tables clean, tidy, and properly set. * Assist with restocking dining area supplies (cutlery, napkins, sauces, etc.). * Handle complaints or concerns respectfully and escalate to the supervisor when necessary. * Adhere to hygiene, safety, and personal appearance standards. * Assist with opening and closing procedures for the dining area according to assigned shift.
