We are strengthening our **Organizational Agility Change Management** unit and opening a key position for our business in Peru: **Agile Coach**. **Role Purpose** To guide, support, and empower multidisciplinary teams to accelerate value delivery, enhance productivity, and establish sustainable agile practices. In the initial phase, this role will support the new **Risk CoE** and contribute to the maturity of the **Chapters Model** toward full consolidation, ensuring tangible results with a focus on efficiency, impact, and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** * Drive the adoption of agile practices within the Risk CoE, ensuring alignment with business governance frameworks. * Define and manage key metrics (value, KRs, lead time, throughput) and create dashboards to measure impact and efficiency. * Strengthen the Chapters model by supporting leaders and promoting continuous learning and standardization of best practices. * Optimize processes and workflows by facilitating agile ceremonies and developing capabilities for self-management and data-driven decision-making. **Ideal Profile** **Education:** * Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems, or related fields. * Desired certification in agile methodologies (Scrum Master, Kanban, SAFe, among others). **Experience:** * Experience guiding and maturing agile units of diverse nature. * Proven experience working with Risk teams (Operational, Financial, Credit, Cybersecurity, or Compliance). * Experience in process improvement, productivity, and optimization with a consulting approach. **Key Competencies:** * Analytical thinking and ability to translate data into decisions. * High adaptability and resilience in changing environments. * Influence and facilitation of high-impact conversations. * Consulting skills focused on diagnosis, recommendations, and value delivery. * Results orientation, accountability, and business impact measurement. * Excellent oral, written communication, and executive storytelling skills. **Ready to take the next step in your career?** Apply now and become part of a leading team in the financial sector. **This recruitment is also open to people with disabilities.**
