**Important Information** Location: Peru Work Model: Hybrid **Position Summary** As a ***DevSecOps Engineer Mid (17771\)***, you will join a highly skilled technological and agile team responsible for integrating security practices into all phases of the development lifecycle. You will contribute to automating processes, strengthening infrastructure, implementing security controls, and ensuring service reliability. **Responsibilities and Functions** * Implement DevSecOps practices in CI/CD pipelines. * Automate static and dynamic security analysis (SAST/DAST). * Configure and enhance vulnerability scanning tools. * Manage cloud infrastructure or hybrid environments. * Integrate security controls into microservices and APIs. * Monitor threats, security events, and alerts. * Support incident resolution and gap analysis. * Document configurations, processes, and security guidelines. * Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams using agile methodologies. **Requirements and Skills** * Graduates in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, with \+2 years of experience in DevOps/DevSecOps. * Knowledge of **CI/CD pipelines: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions.** * Experience with **security tools**: SonarQube, Snyk, Checkmarx, OWASP ZAP. * Knowledge of containers and orchestrators **(Docker, Kubernetes).** * Experience with infrastructure as code **(Terraform, Ansible).** * Proficiency in **Linux systems and scripting (Shell, Python).** * Familiarity with **OWASP**, good **security practices, and access control.** **About Encora** Encora is the preferred digital engineering and modernization partner for some of the world’s leading companies and digital-native businesses.
