We are seeking personnel to fill the position of **Building Caretaker (DAY SHIFT)** in a building located in **Barranco**, preferably **MALE** candidates over 26 years old, productive, committed, responsible, and residing in nearby areas. **Functions:** * Receive and register entries of owners and their guests into the building. * Monitor security cameras. * Receive packages, letters, etc. * Keep records of common areas used by owners. * Additionally, remove garbage from the building. **Schedule:** * 8-hour shift plus overtime **(12 hours total)** with one day off per week. * Day shift schedule. **Additional Information:** * Official payroll registration from the first day. * Uniform, photo ID badge, and job orientation provided from the first day. **Benefits:** * Statutory benefits according to the REMYPE regime. * Monthly salary deposited directly into a salary account. * Payment for overtime hours. * Enrollment in AFP or ONP. * 15 days of vacation. * Health insurance through SIS MICROEMPRESAS. * Life insurance as required by law.
