Because the challenges you'll take on reflect your ambitions! **Responsibilities and duties** * Administer and maintain all physical and virtual technological infrastructure of Calidda. * Update operating systems, patches, firmware, ports, protocols, and remediate vulnerabilities after lab testing to prevent service impacts. * Provide first-level support at Calidda's main office, including physical installations in data centers. * Diligently participate in all activities related to cybersecurity incident management and vulnerability management led by Calidda’s managed security provider. * Maintain and review logs or records of all activity and communications across Calidda's networks. * Propose improvements for infrastructure performance and security across all sites. * Record and manage service requests and incidents through the Service Desk Aranda tool provided by Calidda. * Record and manage service requests and incidents through the Service Desk Aranda tool provided by Calidda. * Provide reports and recommendations for implementing new technological infrastructure. **Server Management Follow-up:** * Manage operation, maintenance, and updating of physical and virtual servers. * Ensure proper execution of backups and disaster recovery plans. * Supervise implementation of patches, upgrades, and configurations. **Network and Communications Follow-up:** * Guarantee availability and stability of corporate LAN, WAN, and WiFi networks. * Supervise management of firewalls, routers, switches, and communication links. * Coordinate with telecommunications providers to ensure SLAs. **Monitoring Follow-up:** * Ensure correct operation of proactive monitoring tools (infrastructure, networks, critical applications). * Generate performance reports and early alerts. * Propose improvements to optimize system capacity and resilience. **Collaborative Tools Follow-up:** * Administer and optimize use of platforms such as Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, corporate email, and equivalents. * Guarantee availability and licensing updates. * Promote tool usage to improve business productivity. **Information Security Follow-up:** * Supervise implementation of cybersecurity policies. * Coordinate management of antivirus, SIEM, EDR, and other security tools. * Ensure execution of audits and vulnerability tests. * Manage security incidents and ensure service continuity. **Database Follow-up:** * Supervise administration of corporate databases (SQL, Oracle, or others). * Guarantee integrity, availability, and performance. * Ensure backups and contingency plans are in place. **SAP Follow-up:** * Coordinate the technological infrastructure supporting SAP. * Monitor system performance, availability, and connectivity. * Work with functional and SAP support teams to resolve critical incidents. **Requirements and qualifications** **Education:** * Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields. **Experience:** * +3 years in IT infrastructure management. * 2 years leading technical teams in server, network, and security areas. **Knowledge:** * Windows/Linux system administration. * Networking and telecommunications (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto). * Monitoring (Zabbix, SolarWinds, Nagios, etc.). * Information security and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, ITIL). * Databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL). * SAP platform administration. * Collaborative tools Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace. **Competencies:** * Leadership and team management. * Results-oriented and problem-solving. * Analytical and planning skills. * Effective and assertive communication. * Adaptability and technological innovation. **Additional information** Are you looking for a place where your ideas can shine?
