In Peru, we operate in most economic sectors such as mining, agriculture, and fishing, forming part of the value chain of their products and services. **Job Description** * Inspect and certify ANTAPACCAY's lifting equipment and components. * Training, evaluation, and certification of personnel (Operators and Riggers - operation assistants) according to ANTAPACCAY's requirements. * Field verification (critical lifts, maintenance shutdowns, use of lifting components). * Provide continuous feedback to operators and Riggers to improve their performance. * Ensure having personnel with the required technical, operational, safety, and health competencies to deliver services. * Provide proper induction and training to deliver timely and appropriate information, knowledge, and skills regarding written procedures that must be used for service delivery. * Hold weekly periodic meetings to review and evaluate the progress of the Work Plan, which must be submitted prior to starting work. **Requirements** * Licensed Engineer in related fields (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Civil Engineering) * Certification as Steel Crane Inspector according to ASME B30\.5, ASME B30\.2, ASME B30\.10, ASME B30\.22\. * Certification in 2 Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods. * Training in NTP 17020 standard guidelines. * Knowledge of INS\-P\-I\&E\-IND.64 MOBILE CRANE INSPECTION * Knowledge of INS\-P\-I\&E\-IND.64 GANTRY AND BRIDGE CRANE INSPECTION * Knowledge of INS\-P\-I\&E\-IND.64 ARTICULATED CRANE INSPECTION * Minimum of (03\) years of experience performing lifting equipment inspection activities, operator certification assessment, and load lifting operations. **Additional Information** * Official employment from the first day with all statutory benefits. * Good working environment. * Access to corporate benefits.
