We are looking for an **IT Infrastructure Coordinator** for an important client in the agro-industrial sector, responsible for ensuring the continuity and performance of the organization's technological services. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Systems Engineering, Electronics or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years in similar roles related to infrastructure and corporate network management. * Certifications in ITIL, COBIT, or technology-specific certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Fortinet NSE, PMP). (Desirable). * Technical English (Plus). **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise the management of networks, servers, storage, and communications within the company. * Ensure availability and performance of the technological infrastructure across all sites. * Plan and execute infrastructure and system upgrade, improvement, or expansion projects. * Manage and control cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure, etc.) and their integration with on-premises systems. * Supervise compliance with information security policies, access management, backups, and disaster recovery procedures. * Coordinate with external technology providers, telecommunications, and critical system support. * Monitor proper operation of network equipment (firewalls, routers, switches, APs) and physical and virtual servers. * Control identity and access governance, ensuring proper segregation of duties (SoD) and applying the principle of least privilege. * Prepare technical reports and periodic updates on infrastructure status and ongoing projects. * Lead and support implementation of the infrastructure roadmap, evaluating new technologies that enhance business efficiency and security, prioritizing operational efficiency and cybersecurity. * Manage operational and technological risks using a preventive and proactive approach. **Skills:** * LAN/WAN/WiFi network administration. * Windows / Linux servers and virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V). * Firewalls and perimeter security (Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto). * Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Exchange. * Backup management and disaster recovery. * Governance frameworks (ITIL / COBIT) and knowledge of cybersecurity (vulnerabilities, SIEM). * Knowledge of SAP ECC or S/4HANA (desirable). **We Offer:** * **3-month project with potential for renewal**. * Collaborative environment focused on technological innovation. * Health insurance (EPS), discounts, and corporate benefits. * Flexible working hours (**8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM**). * Work Mode: On-site in **San Isidro**.
