**Requirements** * Final-year student of Systems Engineering or holder of a technical/bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields. * Basic knowledge in diagnosing and solving problems with computers, printers, phones, and other technological devices. * Skills in preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. * Interest in learning about networks, cybersecurity, and server administration. * Proactivity, problem-solving ability, and teamwork skills. **Responsibilities** * Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues with hardware and software. * Support maintenance of operating systems and applications. * Monitor local area network (LAN) and internet connectivity. * Configure and maintain routers, switches, and other network devices. * Collaborate in server and database administration. * Perform backups and monitor systems to prevent failures. * Document technical procedures and reports on system status. * Train employees in the use of software and technological tools. * Provide support in acquiring new equipment and updating software.
