




**WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage the deployment of on-premises and cloud solutions related to endpoint management. * Support the organization with technical issues related to endpoint management. • Participate in defining new policies related to the EUC (End User Computing) environment strategy. * Participate as part of the IT Services technical team, attending internal meetings and communicating with all team levels. * Participate in documenting SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and KBA (Knowledge Base Articles). * Gather business technical requirements. * Participate in brainstorming sessions. * Participate in proof-of-concept processes, as well as in requirement development. * Work with external consultants across various implementations. * Work with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks according to schedule. * Regularly report to the Managed Services Supervisor and IT Services Director on issues, impediments, escalations, and resource needs. * Provide recommendations for improvements. * Provide relevant information to the Managed Services Supervisor regarding managed services. * Participate in the development of new products and solutions. * Inform management about process improvements in areas of interest. * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the Hunt team. * Act as the senior escalation point for technical issues. **WHAT PROFILE AND SKILLS ARE WE LOOKING FOR** * 3 or more years in similar roles. * University degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Networking, Computer Science, or related fields. * Desired certifications in requested technologies such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, CompTIA Network\+, Security\+, and Server\+, CCNA, VMWare (VCP), ITIL, and cybersecurity-related certifications. * Advanced level of English.
