We specialize in providing comprehensive hardware, software, and service solutions, and we are currently seeking top talent for our IT department with a service-oriented approach to fill the position of INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGER. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering. * Studies in perimeter security. * Knowledge of structured cabling. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial position. * Preferably have specialization or certification in IT and project management. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Design and implement** the strategic IT plan, including maintenance plans, audits, contingency plans, and corporate information security, among others. * **Supervise and manage technological infrastructure:** Servers, networks, operating systems, communications, etc. * **Manage cybersecurity and business continuity**, implementing backup policies, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity measures. * **Propose, lead, and coordinate technology-related projects**, digital transformation, cybersecurity, automation, and process improvements. * **Administer corporate systems and applications**, CRM, ERP, web applications, email, and others, ensuring their proper functionality. * **Lead and supervise the IT team**, support technicians, developers, analysts, etc. * **Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory standards**, and best practices in IT by developing required policies and procedures. * **Provide strategic support to other departments**, proposing digital solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity. * Other duties as assigned by senior management. **BENEFITS:** * Payroll registration from day one. * Paid vacation day. * Career development path. * Health insurance (EPS). * Opportunity to lead projects.
