We are looking for someone to manage and optimize the **Microsoft 365 TENANT**, ensuring security, operational continuity, and alignment with the organization's strategic goals. This person will be the technical reference for M365, an enabler of best practices, and mentor to the support team and key users. **Responsibilities and Attributes** Responsibilities * Comprehensive administration of the M365 TENANT: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams. * Identity and access management with Entra ID (Azure AD): MFA, Conditional Access, PIM, SSPR. * Device management with Intune: compliance, autopilot, security policies. * Security and compliance: Microsoft Defender, EOP, Purview (DLP, retention, sensitivity). * Governance and license optimization. * Automation with Power Automate and Power Apps. * Monitoring of M365 services and incident management. * Training and second-level support (manuals, guides, adoption plans). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Experience:** * +5 years in IT, with at least 3 years in Microsoft 365 administration and operations. * Experience in governance, security, and large-scale TENANT administration. * Experience in license optimization and subscription management. **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Business Premium (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Entra ID). * Advanced configuration of security, compliance, and data protection. * License and cost governance. * Administration of Power Automate and Power Apps. **Mandatory Certifications:** * Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals **Desirable Certifications:** * Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals * Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate * ITIL training * Intermediate English **Additional Information** Are you looking for a place where your ideas can shine?
