Maintenance assistants are needed to perform the following duties: \- Assist with basic painting tasks (puttying, drywall, and on metal structures) \- Assist with plumbing, electrical, masonry, and/or remodeling work \- Assist with general maintenance tasks \- Manage materials \- Maintain order and cleanliness of the work area before, during, and after work \- Execute maintenance reports to meet G\&R and client internal standards \- Prepare completion reports for work orders performed \- Provide photographic records before and after completed work \- Comply with internal company regulations specified in the Internal Work Regulations \- Comply with G\&R's SSMA regulations specified in the Safety, Health, and Environment Regulations \- Use basic safety equipment provided by the company \- Attend Safety Talks \- Protect personal integrity, that of third parties, and work tools, reporting any risk situations to immediate supervisor \- Maintain confidentiality regarding information handled within the work area \- Perform other job-related tasks or those assigned by direct supervisor \- Report daily incidents within the client's facilities \- In the absence of the direct supervisor, report to their superior and so on. JOB PROFILE Experience: Minimum of 1 year in the same position or 1 year in similar positions (supported by work certificate) Industry: Experience in any of the following sectors: Civil Construction, Mining Energy, and/or Retail.
