We are looking for a creative, proactive, and analytical **Marketing Analyst** who can strengthen the company's market presence, manage digital strategies, and support in planning advertising and commercial campaigns. The goal is to enhance the institutional image of MEIN Ingenieros S.A.C., retain customers, and generate business opportunities aligned with occupational hygiene and environmental services. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and update content on the company's digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube). * Create and edit flyers, reels, technical videos, infographics, and informational clips. * Record and produce audiovisual materials for campaigns, interviews, or institutional podcasts. * Manage the YouTube channel and coordinate educational or awareness live broadcasts. * Implement and monitor Google Ads (SEM) campaigns: targeting, budgets, keywords, and remarketing. * Collaborate in website setup and updates, incorporating new services and contents. * Analyze campaign metrics and results (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.). * Support in planning fairs, events, and institutional campaigns. * Coordinate with design, advertising, and media suppliers. * Prepare performance reports and propose improvements in strategies. * Coordinate with technical and commercial teams to transform specialized information into accessible messages. * Analyze social media and digital campaign metrics, preparing monthly reports with optimization proposals. * Collaborate in website setup and updates, incorporating new services and contents. **Requirements:** * Graduate with a technical or university degree in **Digital Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related fields.** * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles **(Community Manager, Marketing, or Digital Communication).** * Proficiency in design and editing tools: Canva, CapCut, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, OBS, Audacity, or similar. * Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, SEM and SEO positioning (essential). * Desirable: basic knowledge of environmental and occupational safety regulations. * Teamwork skills and results orientation. **Benefits:** * Employment under REMYPE payroll with all statutory benefits. * Opportunities for growth and learning. * Excellent work environment. * Career development path.
