Efficiently manage medical wellness databases. 2. Develop and update tools (Looker Studio and Power BI) for various medical wellness areas (contractual relationships, credentials and privileges, medical wellness, and physician performance). 3. Manage calculations for differentiated physician engagement models. 4. Address and follow up on physician-related communications. 5. Manage data/indicators for medical wellness presentations and reporting. 6. Apply defined audit controls within processes. 7. Adhere to patient safety policies and promote compliance with Required Organizational Practices. 8. Comply with the "Person-Centered Care Policy" or "Foster a person-centered care culture by delivering high-quality, compassionate care." **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Administration, or related fields. At least 2 years of experience handling data. 1 year of experience in the healthcare sector in similar roles. Intermediate-level MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Advanced level preferred. Pivot tables, macros, SQL — mandatory. Power BI, Looker Studio — mandatory.
