This is how we develop mining—always responsive to change, with committed, inspired people in constant development. **Join Nexa and become part of the mining that moves with the world!** **\#womentalentinmining \#mininginternships** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the entire PMO team with enthusiasm and intelligence, always seeking to learn and propose opportunities for process and methodology improvements and automation, aligned with new technologies and innovations in the field. * Monitor the physical and financial controls of the portfolio, incorporating an agile mindset, data analysis and interpretation of trends, as well as updating and automating control indicators. * Be responsible for tracking and updating the physical progress of Nexa’s HSE projects to understand the portfolio’s evolution and related efforts. * Support the consolidation and organization of control sheets, preparation of internal reports, contract management, and interaction with project stakeholders, contributing to improved management of area tools and enabling continuous workflow to guarantee excellent delivery by the PMO management within optimal quality, cost, and timeframes. * Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to monitor schedules, conducting critical analysis of portfolio progress and understanding critical paths and new schedules related to Health, Safety, and Environment projects. * Participate in developing platforms and tools that automate and accelerate data collection and result interpretation processes, as well as in preparing reports that support better task organization, activity planning, and indicator management to achieve expected outcomes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Student from the 7th semester onward in Environmental Engineering or related fields. * Proficiency in computer skills (advanced Office suite, Power Automate, Power BI), Project or similar tools. * Knowledge of environmental processes in mining companies. **Additional Information** * Work location: Surco * Hybrid work model At NEXA, we work in a diverse environment where people feel free to be themselves.
