Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. **Support and infrastructure:** Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration. Configuration and support of networks, printers, security cameras, IP phones, and VPN. Network cabling installation and basic access management. **Management systems:** Knowledge of SAP Business One (SAP B1) for functional support and resolution of basic incidents.
