Job Description: We are seeking a **Risk Prevention Specialist** for **Information Technology (IT) Infrastructure Projects**, responsible for ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards during field operations. The candidate will coordinate with the client and technical team to establish safe working conditions, develop work plans, and manage all necessary preventive documentation. **Requirements:** * **Education:** * University graduate in Industrial Engineering, Safety Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Hygiene and Safety, or related fields. * Possession of specialization, certification, or diploma in **Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)**. * **Work Experience:** * Minimum of **2 years of experience** as a risk prevention specialist or OHS supervisor in technology infrastructure projects, telecommunications, electrical installations, or related fields. * Experience in **direct coordination with clients** and in **planning safe field activities**. * Knowledge and application of national safety regulations (OHS laws), technical standards, and safe work protocols. * **Additional Requirements:** * Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PDF) for report preparation and document management. * Ability to travel to various work sites according to project needs. * Essential effective communication skills with both technical staff and clients. **Key Competencies:** * Field leadership and firmness in enforcing safety protocols. * Work planning and organization. * Clear and assertive communication. * Responsibility and sound judgment in operational decision-making. * Ability to manage technical and safety documentation. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Coordinate with the client and technical team** field activities, ensuring they are carried out under safe and controlled conditions. * **Develop the risk prevention work plan** based on the project requirements, including schedule, resources, identified risks, and control measures. * Conduct safety inductions for project personnel. * Verify the proper use of PPE, signage, tools, and safe working conditions. * Manage and maintain up-to-date **safety documentation**: IPERC, ATS, work permits, inspection reports, among others. * Supervise field operations, correct deviations, and report incidents or unsafe conditions. * Participate in operational and safety meetings with the client and other stakeholders. * Promote a culture of prevention and continuous improvement in project execution.
