**Important Information** Location: Peru Work Mode: Hybrid **Position Summary** As a ***Senior Business Analyst (18335\)***, you will be responsible for leading the functional analysis of highly complex projects, managing requirements, modeling processes, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technological solutions. You will play a key role in functional decision-making and in coordinating between stakeholders and technical teams. **Responsibilities and Functions** * Lead the gathering, analysis, and validation of functional and non-functional requirements. * Model AS IS and TO BE processes, proposing improvements and optimizations. * Create user stories, use cases, workflows, and acceptance criteria. * Facilitate discovery, analysis, and refinement meetings with multiple stakeholders. * Ensure accurate translation of business needs into clear technical specifications. * Collaborate with the Product Owner in backlog prioritization and roadmap planning. * Provide functional support during development and resolve technical team inquiries. * Coordinate with QA to develop test plans and validate deliverables. * Document processes, functional decisions, and scope changes. * Ensure continuous alignment between deliverables and project objectives. **Requirements and Skills** * Graduates in engineering, systems, management, or related fields with \+5 years of experience as a Business Analyst. * Experience leading **functional analysis** in medium to high complexity projects. * Solid knowledge in **requirements gathering, process modeling, and functional documentation.** * Experience working with **agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or others.** * Knowledge of **APIs, integrations, functional architecture, or business flows.** * Experience collaborating with **multidisciplinary teams and agile methodologies.** * Soft skills: effective communication, critical thinking, and functional leadership. **About Encora** Encora is the preferred digital engineering and modernization partner for some of the world's leading companies and digital-native businesses.
