**Important Information** Location: Peru Work Mode: Hybrid **Job Summary** As a ***Senior Scrum Master (18400\)***, you will be responsible for facilitating the adoption and proper execution of the agile framework within the team, promoting collaboration, continuous improvement, and value delivery. You will guide the team in agile practices, remove impediments, and ensure that ceremonies, tools, and dynamics are executed efficiently to maximize performance and product quality. **Responsibilities and Functions** * Facilitate agile ceremonies: planning, daily, review, retrospective, and backlog refinement. * Ensure the team applies agile principles and good Scrum practices. * Identify, manage, and remove impediments affecting sprint execution. * Support the Product Owner in defining and prioritizing the backlog. * Promote a collaborative work environment, self-management, and continuous improvement. * Monitor agile metrics: velocity, burndown charts, team capacity, among others. * Ensure proper communication between the team and involved departments. * Drive process optimization and team efficiency initiatives. * Ensure compliance with agreements, commitments, and objectives of each iteration. **Requirements and Skills** * Graduates in engineering, systems, management, or related fields with \+5 years of experience in agile roles. * Proven experience as a **Scrum Master** leading multidisciplinary teams. * Solid knowledge of agile frameworks such as **Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar.** * Experience working with agile tools such as **Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.** * Ability to **identify risks, manage impediments, and facilitate team dynamics.** * Knowledge of **agile metrics and continuous improvement.** * Soft skills: facilitative leadership, clear communication, analytical thinking, and value orientation. **About Encora** Encora is the preferred partner for digital engineering and modernization for some of the world's leading companies and digital-native businesses.
