And finally, you are open-minded and borderless: naturally inclusive in how you work with others. **Required Technical and Professional Experience** **Microsoft Infrastructure Administration** * Identity services management: Active Directory and Azure Active Directory. * On-premises Exchange and Exchange Online administration. * Microsoft 365 administration: Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Platform, and Power BI. * Microsoft core software management: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. * Microsoft Intune and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) administration. * Citrix administration and volume licensing management (VAMT). **Complementary Technical Knowledge** * Operating systems: Windows, Linux, and Unix. Networking: routing, switching, load balancing, troubleshooting, infrastructure engineering, and VPNs. * Cybersecurity: incident response, security operations, vulnerability management, security architecture, and risk management. * Databases: data administration, design, modeling, and quality in SQL, DB2, MySQL, among others. * Programming and automation: PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and other infrastructure-oriented languages. **ITSM Tools Management** * More than 2 years of experience managing Ivanti ITSM: configuration of access, roles, templates, workflows, forms, rules, objects, service catalog, service levels, reports, and dashboards. * Practical experience with platforms such as ServiceNow and BMC Remedy. * Script development and execution in PowerShell and Microsoft Graph. * Requires experience in system management, network administration, and technical support, with **solid knowledge in collaborative tools** (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, etc.), monitoring (Elastic, SolarWinds), and ticket management (ServiceNow, Ivanti, Jira). **Education and Certifications:** University degree in Computer Science or related fields. Knowledge of ITIL processes.
